We accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear packaging that includes the SKU label. Please note that we do not offer exchanges at this time.

To qualify for a full refund:

• Initiate your return request within 7 days of the delivery date (as shown on the tracking information).
• Ship the returned item(s) within 7 days of submitting your return request.

For orders shipped in multiple packages, the return window begins on the delivery date of the final package.

Important Notes:

• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error or damaged item.

Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your returned package for processing. Once the return is processed, we will notify you via email with confirmation.
